Yes — we’ve reserved a few room blocks, but those at the venue are limited to close family and wedding party members. The venue is a higher-end hotel, and there are several nearby inns and hotels at different price points. Our evening ceremony will be outdoors under the pavilion off the pool deck. Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors at the Casa Monica ballroom.

Our dress code is dressy casual. The Florida temperature in early April ranges from 60 to 90 degrees. Humidity is typically low at this time of year.

Yes - there are a variety of parking options in and around the venue. Here are the options: Casa Monica - Valet Parking at $30 for the day for guests not staying overnight. The Lightner Museum: Parking is behind the museum less than a block from the Casa Monica hotel. Parking rates are currently $2.50/hour with a 4 hour limit. You may add additional time after 4 hours at the same rate. On street parking: Rates are $2.50/hour during certain timeframes. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is an hour away from St. Augustine. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about two hours away with traffic.

We will be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner.
